I feel that because this proc is only a short single target movement debuff, it really does need to happen a little more frequently. If it was AoE, I'd understand the low proc rate. But it's not.

The effect also needs to be more visible; maybe a shadowy circle below the target, or a change in target color, or maybe the same purple goo that the big guys in shuyal apply.

I made a post about this less-than-impressive proc when these bows were released last week. The other bow proc is quite cool. Would be nice to have a useful proc like that on a bow that has at least decent stats.

The proc on this bow is essentially worthless, so you are gearing up based on raw stat value and you can safely ignore the proc.

This is completely opposite of other high-end weapons like Mountain Teeth, or Quills, where you could tolerate an Of Tactics version versus Of Potency or Of Brutality, because the PROC is so worthwhile.
