    Default AL Mage PVE Heal

    I've been getting aggravated with using heal and now I no longer use it because the fact that i grab all Aggro and get killed very quickly ,
    Rogues get very mad when I don't support them with mana
    STS please fix and take off Aggro for mages

    Use heal after clash.
    If the rogues run forward and then complain you don't heal them, they suck, not you.
    You take care of yourself first, party goes second. They should respect that.

    Tell the rogues to grow up and learn how to play No rogue with any self-esteem should ever ask for mana, especially on pve.

    I expect mages I run with to be using either 4 attack skills, or 3 attack skills and shield. Heal means less damage / slower runs / more pots used / less loot overall.

    I use only attack skills but when a Mage asks for mana I pop out heal , it gets very annoying after all , Sadly warriors ask for mana aswell

    Well in a PUG with 3 mythic rogues and being a pink sorcerer, getting heal may be the best thing to do.

    My mage is legendary and hasn't used heal for 6 months. 60k kills and under 200 deaths i believe. With all elite ap's. It's a waste of a slot, but that is only my opinion. I do run with some of the top mages around though, and I believe exactly none use heal on pve anymore.

    Any rogue who needs to ask for mana is a liability. Any mage who uses heal in pve is also a liability. Avoid both

    It only pulls aggro if you have the regen upgrades. Without those upgrades it no longer will pull aggro.

    Sorcs should focus on Crowd Control and DoT. Sorcs are not mana/hp spigots for nooby Rogues.

    Tell those Rogues that there is a little blue pot icon at the bottom of their screen - if they hit it, they get mana, because it won't be coming from you.

    Honestly, it sounds like you need to run with better parties. No one should ask for HP or Mana in PvE.

    True.
    This is the problem that people were discussing for months. Yes your health saves them 2 or 3 mana pots, and it has 15 sec cd. Not sure if mana pots are that much expensive.

    i do believe that heal reduces the loot chances and the runs speed......... but, honestly As i am mage i used to use heal ( 3/5 ) and i still use it so far .... starting now i won't use it anymore rogues and tanks got pots to get their mana back to them in addition there are some pets which can regen mana " such as : valkin , nexus , jack ...etc "
    if you think about it mages will be useless soon , why is that ? if you got a tank in the party with 3 rogues then the NOX can do the effects of fireball and using pets and pots to regen mana all of that means no need for mages in parties specially in elites .. though mages are a known class for it's AoE damage but i do expect mages will be DISAPPEAR soon

    Nox does not have the effect of fireball. There are no skills that can substitute for an appropriately placed time shift. Ice if also very good for stun.

    For elite mob clearing and control, nothing will replace sorcerers.

    That nox works best when all the mobs are standing on top of each other.

    I always get angry and want to leave when i saw a sorcerer with heal in my pve party.

    The healing skill for sorcerers has been greatly nerfed from previous stg games since all classes now have "equal" healing skills and as always, potions. Half the game was built with sorcerers thought out as support class and the other half wasn't.

    The only use I have for heal is as a challenge to refill mana for all rogues in party at the same time with limited range (see teeth runs' boredom). So many suggestions to buff it are out already (leech, damage buff, mini-vengeance effects, feeble effect, etc).

    Im a mage and using 5 skills shield/heal/ice/fire/clock

    When do elite i drop heal. Its goes faster with fire/ice/clock the controlling of mobs is so awesome. Nobody get hit if mobs are freezed/knocked down or even stuck by clock. When im at boss i can change to heal just to please everyone.
