Im new im pro and i need a good guild

If you are Pro, then I suggest you go the Pro route. Don't join a guild now, since the last thing a Pro wants is some over-powered toon leveling them up while they tag along for the ride. A pro wants to earn it on their own and become a master their class. Stay out of WT4 no matter what others say, and stick to the appropriate levels, killing bosses along the way. Once you do get to 41 the hard way ... well finding a Pro guild? Trust me, if you master your class, they will find you.
