Are you asking where did the body go after you killed the Mad Scientist and collected your moontear?

Mad doc is a mini boss, he can appear at random on several maps/missions. After u defeat/kill him he dissapears like any enemy or endboss does.
When u redo same or other mission he can appear again, and u can defeat him again, that is if ur lucky
Like other minibosses u have a small chance to encounter them whenever u do a mission.
