We are not aware of any bugs with the ring. Any more details on exactly what you're seeing with it?

Will, there is a bling on the left hand, correct?
But when u open the menu, there is no bling.

The bling just doesn't display at the avatar or character select screen, but it is most definitely there in game:

Mythic ring has both, archon ring as will.

I think we've tracked down why those items are not showing their bling at Character Select and the Avatar screens. It also looks like we can correct it in data and doesn't require a client update. We'll see if we can get it hooked up and let you know when that change goes out.
