71 elite is not the rarest Its just some of the most expensive discontinued elites for some reason.
I know a lot of people who have them and are still active
Green forg bows I think are rarest. I only know of two people who has it.
But maybe all green forg is rarest. Who knows. Only ever seen one person with green blade
And two people with green staff
And yes as I said above two people with green bow
