Click on the link and put into the field for "Recipient Users" either Remiem or Samhayne, they are able to help you out pretty quick - but it might take a while, they are not online right now.

scroll all the way down where you see a box with blue green and red names, look for the RED (Devs) or GREEN (Mods) names, click one of them and select Send Private Message
