That's kinda the idea of CTF, its meant to be tactical and require teamwork.

And on the point of ppl leaving match if they think they will lose, just make it a loss if you leave the match even if your winning or losing. Ppl will cry over DC s but that will be a minority.

It won't really work with negative numbers.
What if someone has 100 or whatever flags AP and lose some? Do they lose the AP?

Also I believe your idea is a negative-sum game, so over time, everyone would be at or below zero flags, unless 5v1 farming is organized.

The solution you are looking for is to remove CTF kill counts from character's stats. It's CTF, not deathmatch. Life looses should not count as long as objective is reached.

It is possible to add "deathmatch in crypts" to keep killers happy.

In addition to that, add a separate PvP mode with as similar a map to CtF's. One of the reasons i like CtF's map (probably not alone) is that i dont have a giant OP troll chasing me around such a wide-open zone while im fighting. But i agree. CtF should actually be Capture the Flag, not Cease the Feeble.

Yes, it is hard to multi-quote without actually reading.
    Can you be more specific?
