Passive skill for Warrior BUGS : Armor Value

i'm adding passive skill armor value to my warrior char (maximum; which is 5%)
but it seem my armor points didn't change at all, is it bugs?
because when i'm adding damage value (maximum too), my damage points is slighlty increase (i can see it clearly on damage or dps).
i hope STS team fixing this problem as soon as possible, thank you.
