Thats not a glitch, enemies scale to the highest level of the person in your party.
This is why there is a level block for elites, you should not have been running there, LOL.

Those maps are supposed to only be capped at lvl 27 (meaning, the monsters only go up to being lvl 27 elites)--but not entered by a lvl 27.
Only those who risk going past the edge will find out how far they can go.

You guys missunderstood something, the loot in the lower Elites are scaled different (to 27) than the newish-er Elites like Tindrin,

I don't know why that would be considered a glitch. There is no reason why a level 27 player should not be able to enter an elite dungeon that is scaled to 27. This game should be enjoyed by more than just end game players. As we continue to level up to higher levels, it is going to take more and more time for a new player to reach end game and they should not have to play for months before they can experience an elite dungeon. Each dungeon should be able to be played by players who are at that level or higher.
This is a glitch that appeared last season and has to do with join button issues. This has been used a lot by people sneaking into arena at lower levels. However, because it "can" be done, does not mean it "should".
Low levels on elites mean the mob levels go even more haywire than they do when playing cross-levels on normal maps. Pretty much a death-fest waiting to happen. Yes, occasionally they will be light, but most of the time, they will be much stronger.

Well it's really annoying when a low level waltzs in arena and messes up the fight. Other than that, I haven't really had any problems with it.
