Actually they cant modify their stats.....
Shes using modified armour, custom made
Flip in star legends used to use those 'moded' operative guns on his 'engineer' class toon and they gave him god like stats..
Lol lately he solod a lot but as Flyp, a comm.. no wonder. I saw him on LB as well, had a good laugh. xD
