Question regarding connection stability. Need advice.

To those with a really great and consistent connection to the server who live in the United States, what kind of device are you using and what is your service provider? And what's your average ping? I think i need a new device or maybe a new service provider. My ping sticks at 500-700 with constant dc's nearly every single time i enter a map. And i notice my whole internet connection (not just on the game) is really really poor, even though i havent exceeded straighttalk's 2.5 GB limit on high-speed data. So i need advice. I used to be able to play with a solid 100-200 ping with minimal dc's. What's a good device and sp? Thanks!

I would really like to know what those of you with a good consistent connection play AL on/with. Especially those bragging about having double-digit ping.

In my area(I live in India),2 digits are almsost impossible but 110-298 green is average. But still sometimes, I get dc and red ping oftenly comes. Idk what that issue is but Im using 3g.

I use Wi-Fi
I play in arcane Ping(Red ping)
green ping is like Krunch II For me
When ping reached 10K i say i am lagging
