Once in a while, there is a free respec weekend.

If your build is horrible and not conducive to your playstyle, then I would definitely respec. If your build is viable, but you just want to dabble a bit, then I would wait for the respec weekend.

I feel it's a good way to spend plat because you will understand the mechanics of your class by trying out the different skills and passives as you play. I recommend this! Also, I have found it takes a few runs to adjust to your new build especially if you are using different skills. Have fun experimenting.
