Its true. If you only have 3 plat when you tap on that reset button you only reset skills, no stat changed and 3 plat gone. If you have 5 plat and above you lose 5 plat and both stat and skill resetted.
Btw if your country doesnt have plat offers, use vpn On the app store search for vpn, download any app that can make vpn like hotspot shield or hideman, set it in the country you want and wahla, full of plat offers. credits to juicymango
