You didn't get your free platinum? This happens to me sometimes, they don't go through straight away. Give it a little while to verify it, if his still doesn't get you your platinum, email NativeX. I think the email is "support@nativex.com. Email that with your in game name, how much platinum you should get, the name of the offer/app and maybe your device info. They will pass on to spacetime support, which will grant you your plat.
