DM have excellent players and while they may not be a piece of cake to beat, we play for fun.

Should our team win a prize, I am pretty sure we will donate the prize to the guild, either in form of internal contest or in form of other support (eg lixers for won plats to get Egg AP for guildies).

I don't think it's so important who wins. Important is that we can show that pve can be fun. Pvp causes mostly frustrations and flames. In PvE, mobs will always gang you, no matter what guild you are from :-)

In order to remove confusion and still get up to 12 people per guild, here is a suggestion. (I say 2 teams including officers / recruiters since in my experience those are the most likely to participate
in something like this.):

Each guild may enter up to 3 teams. Teams are 4 members each. Only two of the three teams may include officers / recruiters.
