Yes I posted this I even thought it was a bug. But I guess developers thought it should stay that way. I bought this and after I saw I didn't get any exp from it I haven't gone back just to level my character and lost a day there.

This happened during Halloween, too. The problem is that the instances can be as high as level 50 (they scale to the average or highest level present, I'm not sure which), and due to the way that instances and experience work out, this could lead to players earning experience beyond the caps of their regularly purchased campaigns.
