Google login is unclickable since 4/10/14 update. Please fix asap.

I started having this problem today also. When I click the G+ login and play, a white box appears, then disappears, and then I am on the login page again.

Exactly what's happening to me.

Lets have a speedy resolution to this please. Please please please make it a priority.

Yes, pc/chrome/google users are only a small proportion of your clientele, but we don't deserve to be 'locked out' for extended periods of time because of that. A lot of those people, including myself, have spent a goodly amount of real money on this game.

Some ideas you might want to try:
-Log out of your google account.
-Clear cache.
-Restart chrome.

If it's still there, reinstalling chrome is a cure-all. Good luck.

It's not a universal issue, gal. I tested it myself on three different computers and everything worked.

This type of issue has been brought up a lot lately. I believe it lies in the app permissions from Google+ (and Facebook), it's not something to blame STS alone. That being said, my suggested fix would be to revoke access to AL from the security settings of your Google account, rerun the game and give permissions again.

Nope. Permissions box popped up, but after it confirmed, no login. Just went right back to same screen.

Problem persists.

And considering that this started happening the second after 4/10 update, I can only assume it's on STS' side.

Hmm. In the past cases, uninstalling and reinstalling chrome fixed this specific issue. You are trying to play with version 36, correct?

A little experiment to figure out what's responsible would be to run AL on an incognito tab - that will force you to redownload the packages and based on if you can play from there (it looks like you can log in but the problem is located afterwards) we can limit the causes.

1. Open the (Google+ app) > touch the menu icon in the upper left corner.
2. Touch the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Scroll down > Sign out.

So.. this is still happening to me. Can I get some assistance from a dev with possible solutions?
