Can't connect - is the server down?

what time could be the server will be going up?im in ph i dont know when thats why im posting somethin here..i always getting failed to connect to the AL game server since 10hrs ago..i realy love to play this game until now i didnt go asleep even if um so sleepy now i always watch if the server are going well..and then i have to patch it again w/in 2-3hrs in order to have a great adventure and i have too many plan this past few hrs in my char. while waitin..
but in the first place i though that i have a slow enternet connection but i doubt i have a good here and when i have been search it on the enternet some says that AL ip address was blocked by the comcast.net blah blah blah like that..

but all in all i thank u devs team..have a nice gaming..have fun. i think im going down now my head felt so heavy..haha..lol..tnx again

Hi Feljun,

The Arcane Legends game server is not down. It is up with thousands of players connected and playing on it.

I suspect that something happened to your internet connection that isn't allowing you to connect to the game server. I would suggest you try to play on a different internet connection or contact your Internet Service Provider.

I am guessing you are using PLDT right now. PLDT has a lot of problems since First week April. And 70% of AL Players using PLDT got this problem even me. I don't know how to fix this either.

@Samhayne, Do you have an alternative fix for it? Since our Internet is okay but we cannot connect to the Game Servers. And we can't just switch to another Internet Connection since PLDT is the only so called "best" connection on our Country.
