I think cures is very good skill for pvp. Just curse some rogue and youre done.
Yes. Curse them but, you are very usefull player while at war in PvP, not really good for 1 vs 1
It works wonder on clashes, and also works on 1v1. Put curse on rogue, he will have no choice but to shadow pierce or consume packs. This gives you opportunity for Lightning/fireball/frostbolt attacks.Originally Posted by Kreasadriii
Curse build is not as effective vsing a skilled rogue. Curse would only be effective in clashes, while there are other mages on the opposing side to kill. It's not a really good rouge killer. It was last season (and the season before) when rogues didn't know much about Curse, but now, it's easily avoidable.
yeah, when you put the "skilled" adjective it is not effective. I guess mage class really needs power up ffrom the devs.

Curse has limited effectiveness in 1v1 battles but can work well in clashes where you might get a couple hits before the opponents see the cloud. After that they will simply avoid hitting so you buying the team a few seconds but not many kills for yourself. I am finding myself use it less and less these days.
Curse is amazing in pvp..
But useless in pve..

Usefull in some elite maps and bosses, such as rutger and frostir, especially work well in shuyal arena gladiator.
The more damage enemies hit, the more damage they will taken to their self.
