Fortal, what's STS doesn't know won't hurt them. Lots of stuff goes on behind the scenes. I'm not encouraging this in the least, but that's just the way it is.

STS makes cross-game trades against TOS, which they will enforce on forums if anyone posts suggesting/advertising such a trade. STS staff certainly is not auditing gold transfers in separate games trying to detect a "trade" like the OP mentioned. So, there's nothing stopping you from doing it. There's also nothing stopping the other player from cheating you, and STS will not help you if it happens.
