I'm looking for a lvl 35 nuke build and stats

this one is hard but I use it
2nd one I use, much better then the first one.
Try to hit light first, don't back up either.
Spam heal, 67 dex rest int. dex hallo armor/helm. Purple/pink evidence bracer, voodoo pin. Also you can have 5/6 heal up to you.
I use dmg ring. You can also use voodoo armor instead of dex hallo armor and armor ring. Hope this helps you yah! Have fun.

Obviously you're pretty new to PvP. KD doesn't matter and doesn't mean anything, you have to rely on your own personal experience to judge whether the player is good or not.

If I'm not wrong, heal recovers more HP than Drain after the nerf in skills.

You can try it man, it all comes down to the player my kd is 1.5+ I would send pic but I'm at school and PL is blocked here.
