I would like to know other mages opinions on Shadowlurk. I was lucky enough to loot him and don't know if I should open the egg or sell. What do people think?

For me, he is the best legendary pet for mages.
He's cool if you're going for crit and dmg, his AA also boosts dmg (for the whole party I think?). Better than frosteye, but crawlys AA is maybe better.
Selling Shadowlurk for 300k you could get another cool pet.
I have him at lvl 38 and he's in my rotation with lvl 40 Abaddon, Colton, Malison. Works ok.
Dunno know if there is any advice in that lol. Just kinda lined it up I guess

Shadowlurk became a bust for me when it came out his passive 10% arcane damage ability doesn't stack with his regular 10% DMG buff. I would sell him and use colton or ethyl for a good damage crit pet since his cool down is so long.
Oh wow they just buffed his AA up to a 20% damage for 5 sec. Can't wait to try him out now. Could give the egg a decent price bump as well

Shadowlurk is my number two pvp pet behind slag. Now that he is fixed he will be even better. He works well for pve as well. I recommend you keep him.
I agree since Shadowlurk has been fixed he is one of the best mage pets now.

Thanks for the advice. I sold him though. I can go buy another one now and still made some descent profit. Not going to though. If I loot another I'll open it. Thanks again.
