New mother's day bouquet in the store.
Has a 5X damage modifier (doesn't apply in PvP). 5X damage modifier will be removed on Wednesday, May 14th.
Player keeps the vanity bouquet after that, but without the stat modifier.

No "flower particle" when inspecting other's pages. Will this be fixed?

There is flower particle coming off it, it just doesn't show when you inspect their character page.
