Troll bane proc comes from a weapon, the title troll bane comes from killing trulle.
Most rogue twinks use 3 skill (aimed, pierce, packs) dev bow, anc pot helm/armor, power ring/winter star/elon celerity/ens pot? tarlok amulet and a mana pet (dova/glacian etc. Not 100% on the rings but thats what I'd go for.
The best rings in lower levels are actually epics
Nah epics only focus on 1 certain stat and are just terrible in the rest.
My lvl 5 is killer with an epic ring :P. Most of the epic rings lvl 2-10 give you more damage than the legendaries.
For the rouge options, Id use as Idly said - the three skills. For equips get a dev bow pot + sinister bow (not sure what name for level 10 however must be of brutality, ancient potency set/tarlok pot set (tarlok has more damage however less health and armor mana? not sure sorry this is from memory), elondrian ring with main dex and secondary int stats, and tarlok potency amulet.
