New game in development, end of arcane legends?

So in the last hang out video (now available on youtube) you can see at the start a talk of what is to come.
Cinco mentions that a whole bunch of ppl moved to another project. The are working on something new. They taken the bests of all products/games to create something 'really really awesome'. They are working on new characters, clearly no al. Cinco even has a slip of the tongue and mentions 'new game'!

Knowingly sts dropped any new content ones a new game releases and merely doing recycled events, does this mean arcane legends come to a stand still after little over a year already?
Does arcane has no future now development has shifted from something awesome to something really really awesome?
What about the players who heavily invested in platinum are they left rest value? Are they going to be sqeezed for each penny they got in the next event? Will they know its more or less obsolete to invest which is about end?

I'm still looking forward to the new 'spring event', hopfully before summer. But i look cautiously worried to the future of arcane legends, knowingly what happend to pocket, star (cap 41, recycled by pitty to 51) and dark legends (cap 36). Specially now arcane has hit 41.

As an old star legends player, where bases are near to empty where it was as lively as arcane legends. I cant help it to feel sad about the news. Its happening again and so soon!

Its about the time they create new game...in this season 6 AL only player wealthy/platters can survive the game (arcane ring)...both pvp or pve....now we need start new game..maybe everyone can survive till 5 season...after that its like al...they cant compete with wealthy player and retired from the game

Read this topic just posted this week. They will be expanding on this game for the foreseeable future. The New game most likely won't even be the same category as this one is.

Even though they have begun working on a new game, it could mean that it could be released in a year, 3 years, 10 years, or even never. I remember it was either Samhayne or Justg who said that there were definately going to be new games, though they weren't planning on creating another "Legends" game. Just think about the "Battle" games. They were released after AL, and AL is still the face of STS.

I think it would be wiser and better for the players if sts keeps working on AL transforming it totally with new ideas and adding huge developements to the game.
Creating a new game can get you more success and grant you a larger income see Pocket Legend - Arcane Legend but it can also be your downfall if the game sucks and your ex players are utterly annoyed.

I don't think i would be the only one pissed off if AL becomes a second man stuff.

From the limited amount that Cinco said, the new game sounds like some kind of virtual reality game. He made it sound like a cross between a builder game (i.e. Battle Command) and an MMO. That sounds to me like some kind of virtual reality game where there is some kind of adventure aspect (the MMO part) but also where you have your own area and build it (the builder part). There are other games out there in that category, so perhaps that is where they are going. But it should not really compete with AL.

They might make it, but I dont really think they will end the arcane legends, what company would ruin a top 7 top grossing in android store, bad move.
I might play it and this time Im hoarding the crier like items there haha.

It Would be a mistake if they ended their biggest plat spending game! When you create many games and one somehow is more of a hit than all the rest and is doing very healthy, why mess with it. I can see AL becoming more of a plat sink in the future like the limited portal runs if spring event, but that's about it! If everyone willing spent $20 per month on average on the game, you can see how quickly that can add up

New game in development means the company is earning, new project, they are expanding. And at the same time this could be a job opening since perhaps they would require new dev team for the said game, new staff and new moderator. We all know what AL brings to STS therefore they wont let go their best asset.

It's nothing close pl2, even though there rumors about it. Perhaps even tells to say so. The new game is going to be a mix of legends and battle games. It has been said in the hangouts video.
I dont know on what level there will be construction buildings will be implemented. Like restricted to guildhall (which is mentioned) or housing or a whole castle which is used in battles (ie pvp, guildwars). Unknown to me. But the battle games were an experiment and its being used in this new game for sure.

So its going new and different!

Its going to be a MOBA type game.

We already have the Battle titles which is like CoC and we have the Legend titles which are MMO RPG's.

So what else is missing? A MOBA type game.

Remember those LoL or DotA days? Here we come!
