How to determine the complexity of the mob?

Hello. I noticed that near the mobs is an indicator of complexity. How to determine the complexity of the enemy on the roundels near his quality of life? What color goes for what?

Blue is for Toughest..
Yellow is for medium
And red is for noobs..

Red for tough
Blue for medium
yellow and green for easy.
