I almost hatched a glacian in my twink, but I just realized that those pets would never reach their full potential in pvp. If you must, glacian is always a good choice for mana Regen. Singe is good for guild clashes.

I don't know about rogues, but glacian really helps at twinkling for warriors.
Usually rogues prefer hammer jaw.

depends on how you use the pet.
IMO based on synergy lvl 10-12:
rog: sam>hj>glac>singe
warrior: sam > singe > hj > glac
mage: Singe>sam>hj>glac

Having arcane pet at low lvl is overkill.
The number of low lvl with arcane is kinda low.
And the clash between them is near 0...
Seriously people use them just for the higher dmg the pets deliver compare to legends/mythics.
It has lower cool down time compare to glacian + the damage it gives. Warrior prefer damage(on every attack) over critical(% crit)
Here's my comparison:
rog: sam > singe > glacian > hj
warrior: sam > singe > hj > glacian
mage: Sam > Singe > hj > glacian
Depend on your classes and purposes,
Singe is good, many people doubt this pet but yeah its buff really good to boost stats your twinks.
Glacian also good because this pet extremely for clashes,
But I prefer singe, buff stats better for twinks ^^
