need clarification on haunted title achievement requirements

As mention above can someone tell me if the requirement for obtaining haunted title is changed.... because before if i remember it correctly there are 2 levels indicated in the requirements. I thinm its lvl 15 and the other one was 36... but now i created a new character and i happen to check the ap tab and i found no level requirement now... so is there someonč here who has tried to do this achievement on a different lvl?

Id really appreciate it if someone could attest to this that it can be done now on any lvl unlike before when the cap was still on 36..

There was no level requirement for haunted...

There have never been any limites what i know, however these levels are usually the easiest.

Oh ok... but i dont know if im mistaken because that was before when the cap was still at 36 well anyways thanks guys... if i was mistaken i stand corrected..... thanks again...
