Location of said quest? I think it would be nice if someone could cook up a quest guide or something, just sayin

Remove all active quests and then look at quest log. You might also not be high enough in level for it. Go through the dungeons since there is one or two quests given from NPC's in there.

I'm level 50 and deep in the Totem quests and don't want to quit it, but I suppose I'll go through the dungeons for the NPCs, thanks for the idea!
