Kershal... Bug?

I'm not sure if this was intended or just plain bad luck, but I cannot proc my Kershal using Shadowflare.. Which imo is pretty stupid. Try it out.

This is not a bug. Normal hits have chance to proc 60 INT, 10 MP regen and charged hits (aka Shadowflare hits) have chance to proc the snare, crit debuffs. It's news because no one ever charged Kershal enough to notice lol.

I think this is by design. I never could either but it was hard to know before because the charge time was so slow. So you can say it's broken by design.

From what I've kept up with for the staff, unfortunately, I believe this is intended as well.

The sad part is, I usually charge my normal attack for a higher chance to proc. Mages with arcane staff dont have that option.
