Lvl 26 pvp rouge help

I've got a lvl 26 rouge acc and I want to do some pvp on lvl 26
What's some decent gear for lvl 26 NOT INCLUDING MYTHIC HELM
and what's a good respec for it I'm going to respec so I have a pvp build any good ones out there

Anyway, tarlok helm, armor, amulet (potency), ensorcelled ring of potency, devourer bow of potency

Max ur str Passives and use Mali to get health to survive hooks.
