Cannot upgrade items (Armor, helms or Weapons)

After client upgrade, the crafting for armor, helms and weapons cannot be upgraded, but gems can still be crafted.

Then you hit ok and nothing gets upgraded, no gems used, nothing.

I just successfully upgraded several items on a couple different characters on the live play environment.

Hi Sam, if you need an example:

Upgrading doesn t work on my Twink Ardmountain, items: Mag Claymore of Assault, Storm Sword of Potency, Winterstare Ring of Warfare and Ametyst Pendant of the Tides. After hitting Upgrade nothing happens, as Serancha described.

Hi Sam,
I tried on upgrading on my toon Kaoradabe and none of the gem replacing works.
Please note that socketting new gems works. Only the gem replacement process is showing -1 sec

I can successfully gem items, but I cannot regem items.

Same as Crow, gemming works, regemming shows time -1 and exits to no avail

Also please note that whatever items were placed for regemming before client update has now come to a stand still. The timer isn't working and so the item regem process has now halted with the timer having stopped
