This solution works for chrome, sorry i didnt mention its for android. Thanks anyway, it fix itself at morning.

Oh, refreshing the page equals restarting the app when on phone.

If it happens again, you can either force stop it by holding down menu button (to show your opened apps) and then close it or go to Settings > Apps > Arcane Legends > Force close.
