Part of the quest item when you upgraded your mythic helm and armor.

my friends his char names is kingraptors, yesterday he is finished all quest to upgrade mithyc armor and helm, but his helm not fully upgrade to lvl 36 and his armor now is lvl 36 but his helm still lvl 26, missing part to destroy drum and box had finis and return to jar in shuyal town, anybody know what happen with that?

Your friend should finish the 2nd quest at Kraken Isles - Smash the Barrels and Crates there to get the Fragments for helm. Best Advice, Leave the mobs and Smash the crates and barrels. At Level 1 - 3 - 5 of Kraken Isles
