Sts should add double exp for low lvl when high lvl people upgrades and starts offline

HMMM, normal weekday I upgraded, luckily I have few Super Gems. This week is 2X chance. However, I upgraded 5 times and guess.....NOT A SINGLE SUPER GEM FOR ME
Close it after 1hr 20min please so that my upgrading completes
