Problem of log-in account

When i log into my account something always appear like that image but when i log into other account which is my alt, it runs perfectly even on facebook accounts ..
Even I already re-install the game, restarting my iPad and check the connection but still not working...




Please fix this annoying message

This is not STS's fault, this is ur connection problem or issue with facebook...

I already checked the connection and its fine,
Also i log into my alt and its working perfectly but my main account is always like that .. I dont know why

its same with me from 2 days now.Its from 16th june i cant log in.. after log in it loading but never connect. it get dc from server.. if i log in with guest its working fine.so internet is fine. what do i do . i already reinstalled it twice

i checked log in password and it works fine with fb account. still cant connect

Try playing through a different internet connection. If that works, then it was your current connection's issue.

Well i tried like 3 other connections but still the same issue :|
