I assume that the many people that appear as "hoppers" did what I did and spent 5-7 days in a guild and left if it didn't work out. I spent 2 seasons in Mob, 1 season in Pride, and 2.5 seasons (so far) in Elite Runners.

I wasn't judging anyone. Was just an idle comment, since I have probably been in fewer guilds than just about anyone from season 1.

Here's my list..

1.) Rage of Mages
My first guild without knowing its one of the biggest guilds in AL at that time. Stayed in this guild coz I love the trivia contest they often hold for members and I find it so much fun esp. when i get to win prizes. Told my sis(Cassadeepope) about it and she asked to be invited to the guild as well. We stayed here for awhile and made a lot of good friends here.

2.) Epitome of Excellence
Well time came where Cassadeepope and I decided to make our own guild and invited all our friends to join us.. We just wanted a guild of friends where everyone plays together be it pve or pvp or just chat in gc. We never expected the guild to do well and we started to have really good players joining us. Then came a point where XCS, who happens to be a good friend of my sis, did a guild visit and suggested to us about a guild merger. We eventually agreed and so it became the next guild.. I still miss this guild and will always be special to me.

3.) Epitome of Silentkill
I was happy to be in this guild where you'll get help both in pve and pvp anytime u wanted. I made new friends and got to play with a lot more ppl than when i was in EoE. Guild activity was always high and this guild is always alive. Sadly, with big guilds comes big dramas that made both XCS and Cassadeepope to quit guild and game later on and add to it my bestie Safiras was having a hard time fitting in guild as well. So me and Saf had a talk and i remembered her telling me about her dream of putting up her own guild and i said lets go do it and told her shell always have my support. Rest is history..

4.) Eminence
What can I say, this guild is close to mine and Saf's heart coz we didn't build this overnight. Whatever it is today is because of our perseverance and I'll be forever proud of all the trials and obstacles we did go thru to be where we are at right now. I'd like to give most of the credit to Safiras for being one of the best Gms, we all appreciate your efforts and will be forever proud of u. To all our officers, recruiters, and members thank you all for making this guild possible. We love this guild and it makes playing AL more fun and fulfilling..

1) Gods of Caos (My super duper awesome guild! Noob but so fun, and now Suupa is gone he was my best friend..)

2) Epitome Of Silentkill (YES, this is my super duper guild, after I gone and stay in EoS, before that, I invited by Iasomie once she is in EoS, also, I meet my super duper awesomeness friend also!)

3) Karma (Until that dawn of Xeusx, The guild merged, holy moly! I got some more super duper awesomeness holy friends!)

Most of my guilds were squished into a 1 month period. I've been at ER for almost a year.

Yeah i see what you mean, I guess some players just wanna find that ONE great guild they can get a long with, skilled, very chatty/active, and helpful is the key of guilds, it is what most players want out of a guild.

And some just join guilds beg/hope to get a free item

I was looking for the following in a guild:

1) Not uptight. A few jokes are fine and people don't take the game on like it is the most important thing in life. The game is fun and that's why we play it.

2) Was okay with me not buying plat. I was a very poor player for several months and was often pressured into buying plat. From season 2 I knew I could succeed through elite but I was struggling to find PUGs anymore.

3) Would run elite. This is why I accepted the invite to Elite Runners in season 4. Any guild called "Elite Runners" that invites people after seeing their performance in a PUG followed by a compliment is running elite. I accepted and wasn't disappointed. Sure, they aren't the best for PvP but it doesn't bother me.

4) No drama. I have left two guilds due to receiving 10+ PMs from people 5 seconds after logging on. When the officers are expected to run the guild, there is a problem. I've had my experience as a GM once, and that was enough. I'm fine with talking to people and giving advice but if I can't run because of all the PMs, the guild isn't working out.
