Yes.
It's a very cool quest dynamic with tons of potential further applications. Things like it promise much depth in future quest series that can build on each other. The goblins & the croc feud are both great content & show that the devs are trying out new features.

Yes, most quest are "Do x, y times". This one shows a "Meet inventory pre-requisite then do x, y times" dynamic.
This function could be used to make a very cool escort level or more complex boss triggers than kill count : "I am the keymaster, are you the gatekeeper? Zuul! "

People finally caught onto selling torches... When quest first came out, I could sell 5 torches for 20k A NIGHT! I listed one for 75k to try it and someone actually bought! Now I am lucky to sell one for 5k, people flooded CS with torches.
Actually Torches go for 1k now. When I first saw them in CS, I thought they were a special item (like Hooch Hat). I keep mine to sell when I feel like it, but to be honest with you, torches should be worth no more than 1k, if that.
Thats why I said I would be lucky to sell one for 5k now. They should be even less then 1k, it was a good exploit while it lasted though.

Most people would even BUY the torches only because they wanted to start the quest immeditly, like me =)

Btw torch liquidation price is 2 gold. A croc holding a torch drops 1 each kill. so literally pharcyde is saying he can kill 10K crocs in 5 mins -> 2000 crocs in a minute. wow.

sell a torch even with 1k is scam!just run to swamp hag and killing mobs on way u have 1-2 torches..
buts always so, when new maps/quests/items comes out, first who get it can sell at high prices, even the item is total crap..
