First of all, there is no "wrong" build, second of all Extra packs is the only upgrade you need, especially at such a low level like this, 1 pack will increase your hp to full. 3rd of all while the heal upgrade is useful, it's also not really needed at a lvl like this, way better off to put it in the aimed shot upgrades. I'm a very experienced Rogue, i know what i'm doing here.

How about equip?
1 pack to full...? Without efficient it should heal 25%, little less with the nerfs.

1 pack will pretty much heal you nearly full, at lvl 8 you honestly only need extra packs.
