Very weak? Try use charged VB and use charged Axe to enemy, u will see how its deal the dmg.

it also debuffs armour .

-highest single target damage of any warrior skill
-pulls targets into mele range (Some PvE target are immune)
-debuffs armor by 10%
-feebles target (they will be unable to crit)
-Strongest single target taunt skill (PvE only)
