You just described the weapon setup in Pocket Legends. Instead of the amulet slot, we have a shield slot. You cannot equip a shield if you are using a 2 handed weapon like a bow or two handed sword.

yup each weapon can be two handed or 1 handed, if you use one handed then you can use another one handed weapon.

Bow will always be two handed. but daggers can be 1 handed like per piece of dagger. You can have 1 dagger and 1 shield or 2 daggers.

I play Ragnarok for a long time. I like the system and some similar with AL, but not the graphic. AL i think far better in graphic.

Just need to balance, the rpg will be a slow weapon but high damage and frequent proc, similar like the warrior hammer type weapons. And the minigun will be very fast but less damage, like the current flamestrike rods.

E.g. Mages Main Hand is Staff Of Never Ending Original Name Ideas and Off Hand item is The Almighty orb of Originality.
Also, I don't think warriors should be duel welds...

I like this idea, however it too much resembles PL. TBH, I'd prefer the system now because of the need to not revamp the whole weapon system.
