Calm down, account buying is illegal, and not everyone scams. Not going to get into detail because I don't want STS down my back, but not everyone scams.

2) Shouldn't your screenshot include that the other person wanted to purchase an account, not that you were soliciting a sale?
3) Come up with a way for a company to PRE-SCREEN scammers and post it in Suggestions. I am sure everyone in the world will thank you. Perhaps, then, you can come up with a way to pre-screen for a crime...
