    Default Insomnia or nah?

    For some time now I haven't been able to sleep till 5-530 am when i use to fall asleep around 12-1 am. It just happened one day and since then just cant sleep till 5 at least. I usually find myself playing AL or googling stupid questions and looking at the forum. Does anyone else have a problem sleeping? As fas as I know I never had a problem with falling asleep before.

    I sleep everyday for about 4-6 hours. It is pretty normal for young people. If you would have insomnia, then you wouldn't feel rested, but rather frustrated and half a sleep all the time.

    Now go and do something productive with that "extra" time of yours

    I do feel tired throughout the day and fall asleep often. There's not much to do between 1-5 studying sometimes but that doesn't last lol

    Well I do have insomnia. Sometimes I don't sleep at all and sometimes ill go a week with getting 2-3 hours of sleep every night. And when I do finally sleep I wake up later in the day like now, its almost 10 AM and I just woke up. Had you tried taking medicines like Melatonin? I used to take that and it works well until you get used to taking it so much that it stops working.

    Just flog the dolphin, it releases a chemical in your brain that induces sleep

    'Flog the dolphin' I like that one I have trouble not sleeping, if I stay awake past 11 and try to wake up at 7 I just can't do it...

    Try changing the environment around you such as lighting/temperature/etc. May help.

    hmm ill see if I can get melatonin then. Yeah I wake up late most times too
