Guys, can you guys contribute ur guys for a lvl 7 rougue twink item and build?

My current item would be:
Dev bow and ursoth assault event equips.

While my build would be:
2/5 in Sp ( 10% recover )
3/5 in heal packs ( added packs ) ( heal over time )
1/5 aim shot

Pls guide me.
