I'd just try to get 51 sewer gear, since they outdo lv 50 gear. Sentinel gear can work as well but it's too expensive, difficult to obtain without cash, and they are inferior compared to 55 gear.

If your rich you can always buy Sentinel at the Consignment shop lol. I'm also level 52 wearing full mystery set and I've been going to Balefort Sewers for exp. I basically see it as Balefort Sewers for exp and a rare chance to find a item worth some money/something you can use or Crush the keeper for consistent money flow by selling the greens every run but less exp. But for me right now i'm tired of seeing aliens after completing all the cyber quests.

They drop from bosses/minibosses at Sewers. Also note that each level has equipment-specific drops as well, i.e. Bandit Hideout only drops helms and armor (not weapons).

He was specifically looking for gutter and bagman's but yeah, that bow drops there too at an extremely low drop rate.

    Hmm, prolly. ;]
Low? I've seen in drop 2x in the space of a few runs. O_o
AND I've gotten 2 pinks in a row from him yesterday. Again: O_o

It seems like the drop rates have been changed (or is it just my imagination), but I've been seeing gf dropping more often for a few days now.

I've seen 2 pink drops like that before as well, but Gold Fever and Goblin King seem to have the highest drop rates from what I've seen on runs. Bandit King and Queen barely drop things for me.

When you're fevered, run away from everyone as far as you can. It seems that the closer you are to other people, the more damage it does, so proximity is an issue. The Gold Fever bomb is 5 seconds until you explode so make sure you're at full health too.

What I do is usually the following:
    - spam health pots - make sure my health is 100% during the fever, and pot up (health) as soon as it explodes
    - stay away from others at all costs
    - STOP all attacks. I've noticed that if you keep pushing attacks/skills, you get 1-hit most of the time, during fever time. ;]

Totems? Good luck with that, you will need it. ;]
On a side note, k'saar drops 2 totems/shards in 1 go quite often, so you might find yourself doing "half the quest" instead. ;]

Your third point is so important! It can't be stressed more!

To the OP, once the fever kicks in, everyone in the group should stop and assess where they are, who's infected, who's around them and where the green orb is. The healthy mob should migrate towards GF and continue their onslaught while the infected player should run in the opposite direction. It's a lot easier to avoid a tight healthy group than one that's spread out and chaotically running around.

As a bird, it's a fact of life that you should rely on your health pots to stay alive, especially going into a boss. Heal-spamming mages are great but they're not always around. So, especially when you become infected with the fever, spam your health pots and move away from the healthy group. With full health you should easily avoid a 1-hit death.

Usually a good group will destroy the orb by now, but if it's still glowing, try to destroy the chest before you go back to attacking GF. Wash, rinse, repeat.

And as a courtesy, if you absolutely can't avoid infecting someone, I try to text a "Sorry" afterwards.

This is THE ultimate avian archer guide. Brought out tons of information regarding the questions I found difficult to find on the forums. Thank you very much for this guide!

Btw do the set bonuses show up on the stats or are they "hidden" from the stat screen?

Thanks for the support - Set bonuses are already incorporated in your stat screen, so for example if you see
    Mystery Ancients set
Set bonus: +1 crit, +8 damage, +3 armor
the +1 crit, +8 damage, +3 armor are already part of the numbers there.
