Physi is long gone and rarely logs in anymore...last time was abt 3 months ago. Doubtful if any updates to this thread, but it is still extremly helpful up to a certain point.

Physio have made this guide since the lvl cap were 56? need a huge update since skill are now lvl 9 and alot things have changes since.

No. Phys does not play anymore and has not made updates since cap was 56. Archer skills and tactics have not changed very much, only the gear is different and can be posted somewhere else if someone wants to.

Thank you very much for this guide as I have now hit level 76 and using an elite bow with the level 75 crafted set.
I have never spec my bird properly but your guide helped me to have a better killing machine in my bird.

Great guide, it really helped me out on creating a good archer and learning the fundamentals. Question though: is it better to stick to bows or are shield/talon combo better?

I hate to necro but I cant make a thread until I reach 10 posts so... Not even sure if Im gonna get an answer but here I go anyways..

Im kinda new to the game. My bird is level 55 right now. Ive been following this guide for stats and such but since this guide is very old, I would like to ask for advice regarding the equipment. Currently Im using the Void Set (Overlods Helment of the Void,etc...) but monsters are getting harder and harder to kill so I feel like I need to get something else. What should I aim for? Every single guide Ive read is from 2011-2012 so Im afraid to waste my gold buying something that is not useful or the best around. Can somebody tell me what sets should I get right now and until level 77? I would really appreciate any help.

wait until 56 to buy some glyph stuff and then some sang at 61, I used angel at 66 and I have never pvp'd there except once on mage, so I have no Idea for 66. 71 use flying, then 75 swift and 76 swift phoenix
