Cause I beat Helena like 15 times and when it relloll just gave me lockeds ...

No,dovabear is only when u get gold tier,can't drop.
And Little bear u can drop from ursoth.

Dovabear dropped when you reach the gold tier.
Little Bear dropped as a pet if you buy it from Elondrian Outpost.
Little Bear dropped as a egg if you got the loot.
