Happy birthday skeller! And sorry about your eye! Did they make you wear an eyepatch or anything? I'm interested because I have retinal holes in my eyes that have been there since I was a kid.

Lol they aren't really that bad. It's just the membrane that holds your retina to your parts of the eyeball (pupil, iris etc.) has holes in it, thus a weak structure. Meaning if it detaches it could be bad. You couldn't tell though unless you looked at someone's eye under a microscope.

Thats why I wanted to go barf... What if the structure failed... Like that time a kid started vomiting blood in bio class...

But it wouldn't really be noticable if it failed, just temporary blindness(could be permanent if you don't get it treated promptly), and some blood in the iris.
