Helena is very EASY now!!

Hi there,
Everyone hates Helena, Lady of the forest right?
Especially the ones who run event maps in PUG's. There is an easy way to kill Helena, I'm not sure if everyone knows about it, But this will help many of those who are tired of this boss. This would help those people a lot who run in pug's. The thing that make this boss tough are those thin vines.
There is a place in map where, boss will be free of vines. There will be 2 vines per 45+ secs.
Here is the place:
This is the spot where you will feel, this helena is super easy. Now, we kill helena in 3-4minutes and its way easier that Ursoth. Try it, you'll love it.

We discovered that if you just stay right on top of her she rarely one hits ne more. Also Seracha says using blade is better than bow for rogue on her killing faster as well but I've done with new bow easy as well.

Helena is a BREEZE to take down, easy 5 min kill

This exactly. Just have everyone pile on top, vines be dammed. And dps her, it's cake. Doesn't matter where you go, she does jump around a little. Keep on top and she snuffs out fast.

Same thing w/ mage and war. Try it Ish. Just pile up and dps her. Im not a rogue and it works for me.

Yeah, cool tactic, I use it on my rogue when soloing. Actually, she is not so hard even with head-on tactic, but people are complaining a lot (I still don't get, why - if someone explains me, I'll give him cookies). I hope it will help them and reduce complains amount.

Works with any class. I tested this and shared it with my guildies and they even saw the difference it made.

Thanks! That really helps!! I wasted 3 energy points today. All 3 times I got Helena and everyone quit after a while.... Wish I had read this sooner :-(

Tried it, and FAILED again.

Also in the zone a L37 Warrior, L41 Warrior, and L41 mage.

L41 Warrior left immediately. L37 Warrior stayed for quite a while and died repeatedly. L41 mage stayed for a lon time, too.

Got her positioned here. Took about 8 minutes to get her to 25% hp remaining.

Party wipe = reset!!!

Everyone left. FAIL FAIL FAIL!

Also she comes dangerously close to resetting if you don't pin her down here.

Awesome thread. I've been doing these tactics with pugs, at first they where like why and then when they saw Helena's health diminish rapidly, they covered me in hugs and kisses, even the men -_-

Shes 10x ezier then ursoth, she only has a single 1 hit kill skill. Ursoth has multiple and its more AOE and kills an entire party.

Lol if you want to kill him, you need to do damage too? Idk why u couldn't kill him without those vines.
